Cotton Babies ships to addresses within the United States. Free economy shipping is available for orders with a delivery address in the lower 48 states and to military families with an APO or FPO. Orders shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii will be charged exact shipping at the time of shipment. If you have a PO Box, please make sure that you specify a street address in your order comments.
Order Changes
If you have questions prior to placing an order, please call us at 1-888-332-2243. Due to the volume of orders we process, changes and cancellations are not possible once an order is downloaded into our order fulfillment system.
Shipping Times
In-stock orders placed by 4:30pm EST, Monday through Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day.
Cotton Babies Holidays - Our administrative and shipping offices are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Calls and emails will be returned on our next business day. Orders will also begin shipping out on our next business day. Occasionally, we may close the office due to other circumstances (like weather).
If your package requires arrival by a certain day, please place your order by phone so we can guarantee inventory, a shipping date and an arrival date.
Occasionally, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. We keep you updated using the email address and phone number provided during the checkout process. If you have not been contacted about your order and have questions after checking your order status online, feel free to call customer service at 1-888-332-2243.
Finding Your Shipment If the tracking information shows your package being delivered and you can't find the package, be sure to look everywhere. Carriers have been known to leave packages under bushes, behind a car, inside the garage, at the back door, behind a doormat and even with the neighbor. If the tracking information shows that the package has been returned to Cotton Babies, please contact us by phone. You may have given us the wrong shipping address. If you suspect for any reason that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service department immediately at 1-888-332-2243.
