Cotton Babies ships to addresses within the United States. Free economy shipping is available for orders with a delivery address in the lower 48 states and to military families with an APO or FPO. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged exact shipping at the time of shipment. If you have a PO Box, please make sure that you specify a street address in your order comments.

Order Changes
If you have questions prior to placing an order, please call us at 888-332-2243. Due to the volume of orders we process, changes and cancellations are not possible once an order is downloaded into our order fulfillment system.

Shipping Times
In-stock orders placed by 2pm EST, Monday through Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day (see holidays).

If your package requires arrival by a certain day, please place your order by phone so we can guarantee inventory, a shipping date and an arrival date.

Express Express orders are filled first and receive priority on all inventory. Express orders are shipped complete (no backorders). If we are out of stock on an item, we call AND email you immediately to see if you'd like to make a substitution so we can ship you a complete order. Partial shipping included! If you don't want to make a substitution, we will do a partial shipment at our expense. Your order is guaranteed to arrive within three business days from the date of shipment. This does not include Saturday delivery. Due to carrier limitations, please note that orders shipped to remote addresses may take longer to arrive. Express orders include insurance and are sent with a tracking number.

Expedited Expedited orders receive priority on inventory, second only to Express orders. Expedited orders are shipped using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and are guaranteed to arrive within 4-6 business days. Partial shipping included!! If you don't want to make a substitution, we will do a partial shipment at our expense Your order is guaranteed to arrive within 4-6 business days from the date of shipment. Economy Economy orders are filled in the order they are received and are shipped only when they are complete. Depending on inventory levels of popular items, it may be a few days before an economy order is shipped. You will receive email notifications of your order status. Economy orders are shipped using the least expensive shipping method and are guaranteed to arrive within ten business days from the date of shipment. Economy orders are sent with Delivery Confirmation or a tracking number.

Occasionally, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. We keep you updated using the email address and phone number provided during the checkout process. If you have not been contacted about your order and have questions after checking your order status online, feel free to call customer service at 888-332-2243.

Finding Your Shipment
If the tracking information shows your package being delivered and you can't find the package, be sure to look everywhere. Carriers have been known to leave packages under bushes, behind a car, inside the garage, at the back door, behind a doormat and even with the neighbor. If the tracking information shows that the package has been returned to Cotton Babies, please contact us by phone. You may have given us the wrong shipping address.

Cotton Babies Holidays
Our administrative and shipping offices are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Calls and emails will be returned on our next business day. Orders will also begin shipping out on our next business day. Occasionally, we may close the office due to other circumstances (like weather).
