Concentrate Details

  • Pop-up squirt top.
  • 4-oz makes 8 Diaper Lotion Potion spray refills, or up to 30 wipe solutions.
Jojoba oil infused with chamomile, lavender essential oil, tea tree essential oil

To use
Shake well. To refill Diaper Lotion Potion spray bottle, add 1 Tablespoon concentrate to 1/2 cup witch hazel. For larger containers, mix 1 oz concentrate to 1 cup witch hazel.

Other uses
Mix or blend a squirt or two of concentrate with distilled water* as a diaper wipe solution. Add a dash or two to running water for an exquisite bath experience for baby... or you!

The concentrate is specifically formulated as a gentle, all-natural product, but we still recommend that it not be used full strength on baby's delicate skin. Always dilute with distilled water* or witch hazel before use.

* When mixing with distilled water, you lose the preservative action of the witch hazel, so be sure to use the water-based mix within two weeks.

I can't lie...I thought this stuff smelled like the dog's flea shampoo when I first got it! But the scent has grown on me & now smells like fresh, clean baby tushy to me! I use it in a spray bottle (a big one at home & a small one in the diaper bag) and spritz the wipes, not the baby. I only use a teaspoon per cup of witch hazel & it works fine. Three months & no rashes yet, as opposed to my first baby, who was not cloth diapered & seemed to always have a rash! I'm going to try mixing it with the castille soap & water, as suggested by someone here, in the wipe warmer, which until now has had disposable wipes in it.

I use this potion in a Prince Lionheart wipes warmer. I solve the oily issue by substituting the witch hazel (witch hazel contains alcohol) for a tablespoon of Dr. Bronner's pure castile soap. I add 1 teaspoon of this diaper lotion potion to the soap. The oils saponify with the soap making it less oily. I had 3 cups of water or more and shake it up thoroughly. This mixture lasts for several batches, and is amazing on my baby's skin. Her bum is soft and rash free, and not having to ever use rash cream is a huge plus when cloth diapering a baby. Additionally, my diaper pail smells like lavender and tea tree oil. I only have to use a teaspoon of this every once in a while so this product lasts and lasts. It would be more expensive to buy tea tree oil and lavender oil, not to mention jojoba oil. Since Kissaluvs buys these ingredients wholesale, they can afford to make their potion the price of a single container of high quality essential oil. I highly recommend this product!

I love this product! My daughter has never had diaper rash while using this product. I use it in a wipes warmer. I fold my wipes in dry and then mix distilled water (8 oz), witch hazel (2-3 oz) and about a 2 squirts of the lotion potion. I shake it really well and then spray it over the wipes and through each layer. It works great, stays moist and cleans even the poopiest bottoms. My daughter is nearly 5 months and I am still on my first bottle! Great value for money!! Remember every baby is different, so it is really about what works for you and your baby. This happens to work for us!

This solution is awesome. My son has incredibly sensitive skin and it did not give him a rash at all. In fact, it cleared up a little bit of a rash that he did have. I think if your child gets a rash from this, he/she probably has an allergy to lavender or tea tree oil. both are very gentle and soothing.

The Diaper Lotion Potion gave our son a rash and as soon as we stopped using it, it cleared up. We're back to using the THIRSTIES BOOTY LUSTER which does not contain tea tree oil or lavender oil and is a lot more gentle on baby's skin. The product seems to work for many, unfortunately not us. Also, it is on the oilier side of things and hard to mix with water and/or witch hazel.
