Cotton Babies Verified Purchase I love this bag! I knew when I started cloth diapering 2 mos ago that I would never be able to wash every 2 days as suggested (I work full time and have 2 older kids in sports/actys). This bag NEVER lets any odor out and it washes beautifully. I just toss it in the washing machine with my diapers and inserts and it comes out fresh. It dries quickly as well. My CD-hesitant husband will grudgingly admit even HE can't smell the dirty diapers. Rating: [3 of 5 Stars!]

Cotton Babies Verified Purchase I have two children in cloth diapers (2yrs & 10mo), and I have 3 of these bags that I rotate as my "diaper pail". They are cute and a nice space saver. They hold the smell in really well, too. I just throw the bag in the wash (front loader) with the diapers and hang it up to dry. I never put it in the dryer. My one major complaint is that two of my bags' zippers have broken on me. The metal piece holding the zipper pull in place breaks in half and the pull comes off completely. Neither Cottonbabies nor Planetwise would repair or replace my bag or zipper because it had been too long since the time of purchase. Finally, my mother-in-law kindly replaced the zipper for me. The new zipper is a weird color, though, because we could not find a brown zipper long enough to fit the bag in the fabric and craft stores. It works again, though, and I'm thankful for that. I just wish they would put more heavy-duty zippers on these bags because they get washed so much with the cloth diapers. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

When closed, it contains odors extremely well and will hold a lot of diapers. We do a combination of pocket and prefold diapers and it will hold at least 2 days worth of diapers. Reviewed by Stephanie on Friday 21 October, 2011 I've been using this bag for 16 months. It holds a lot of diapers. I hang it on the bathroom doorknob. In case it helps anyone, I learned to set a soiled diaper down carefully, unzip the bag, dump the poop into the toilet and spray the diaper if needed, and then carefully fold the diaper in half before putting it into the bag in case water is still dripping after spraying it. I also pull the insert out first before dumping the diaper in. To wash, I turn it upside down and dump the diapers out and then the liner naturally turns out with a little shaking before I dump the bag in the wash. This is what I was instructed to do at a cloth diaper seminar. It doesn't retain water this way when I take it out and push the liner back in before putting it in the dryer on low with the liners. After a year's worth of drying in the dryer, the liner looks just fine. It comes out smelling clean. However, after a year of hanging on a doorknob, the seams are stressing with little holes where the handles are attached. Also, at about the year's mark, the bag stopped containing odors. It worked well until that point. One pee diaper will smell through. If I shut the bathroom door to keep my toddler from going in and then open it later, the smell just hits you in the face. I just can't figure out what is going on since the lining is fine. I guess I'm going to have a get another one and dispose of this one. Too bad. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

The patterns are very pretty, the construction is sound, and I don't have any odor issues. I wash it twice a week and I feel that is sufficient for us right now. Our boy is still ebf, so I will likely have to adjust that when he starts on solids.
Whenever we leave the house for more than a day, I bring this with us. It isn't too bulky, but manages to hold all we need for two or three days. It has eliminated our need for a diaper pail and just hangs off of our changing table. I would recommend Planet Wise bags and recently ordered a smaller wet bag for daily use. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

(we travel a lot during the summer) It is large enough to hold all 21 of your BG 4.0 diapers in the dry section and then in the wet. ( it is a little tricky to put a lot in the wet side when the dry side is full, but as you go along it gets easier.) It holds in the smell (of course when you open it you will smell the diapers) and we wash it after every other use and line dry it. This bag definitely holds in the stink of pee diapers. When it's opened...oh my! As long as it is zipped closed...no smell. It conveniently hangs off of our changing table, so I can just plunk the dirty diapers into it and zip it back up. I love how it is big and can hold two days worth of diapers (since I wash them every other day it is just right!) It does a pretty good job of holding in the dirty diaper stink. Cotton Babies Verified Purchase This bag is perfect for daycare! We load up 6 BumGenius 4.0's in the dry part and send it with our son daily. It is large enough to store two days worth of diapers in (around 10-12 for us) with room for more. Every two days I have been washing it with my diapers to take the smell out. The smell does not permiate the room but if you stick your nose up to it you could smell the diapers. When they say it's waterproof they mean it! After I take it out of the washer I have to ring all the extra water out because it will not leak. I have been drying the bag along with my inserts (it takes forever to line dry) however I feel like the color has faded the slightest bit so I may start line drying it over night. Cotton Babies Verified Purchase I have never used the dry part but I assume it works just as well if you are out and about. We keep this hanging on our son's closet door as a wet bag only. Zip it open, put a diaper in, zip it shut. No odor until we open the bag! I wash it with my diapers. There isn't really a reason to turn it inside out as the agitation from the washer will pull it out naturally. I usually like to line dry it to keep it nice longer. Cotton Babies Verified Purchase Awesome wet bag! Can't comment on the dry portion of the bag, since we only use ours for wet diapers. Def. keeps odors in, since when I open it, it reeks, and when I zip it shut, all the stinkies are kept inside :) Just turn it inside out and wash it with the diapers. I turn it back when I put it in the dryer, and it dries nicely. Would def. recommend it to anyone that needs to save space in their diaper changing area, and who wants to keep the odors contained.
