Cotton Babies Verified PurchaseI loved the idea of having reusable wipes to go along with the diapers, however the fabric left fuzzies on my daughter bum. I also got the bum cleaner to use with them, which smells great, it didnt work that well for us. I then thought I would just use warm water. Again it didnt work well for us. My daughter got a rash, more like a very chapped bum, from using the warm water. So I gave up on them for wipes, and went with Earths best tender care, they work great on her skin, and she has been chapped butt free since we switched. I must say I still do use the Flannel wipes every day, I used them to wipe her nose and wipe her hands and face. They are great but I do not use them on my daughter's bum. They are good for every kind of wiping, just not bum wipes. Rating:  [5 of 5 Stars!]

Cotton Babies Verified Purchase Best wipes I've used... granted I only have one pack of these, and all the others I made myself. I have upcycled a bunch of t shirts, used different types of cotton, and even used super soft flannel, but none are as good as these. I don't know what it is, but they are just perfect. I originally used baby washcloths you can buy at target, babies R us, or anywhere for about $3.00 for 6 cloths (1/2 the price of BG). I also cut up some receiving blankets to make little washcloths which do frey) and even used regular washcloths. I thought I would try these but unfortunately, they don't absorb water as well as anything else I've tried, they are stiffer than baby washcloths and they are much more expensive. They are fairly soft just like any baby washcloths (not rough, like a regular washcloth) and the quality is fair but I prefer something that is more absorbent, especially if I am dealing with a messy diaper! They wash well and are the perfect thickness to get into my chunky baby's thighs :)I have been using them for 2 months now and have had no fraying yet, as previous reviewers mentioned. At first they did repel my wipe solution, but after about 15 washes they became very absorbant! Cotton Babies Verified Purchase I can't imagine how so many people had trouble with these wipes! I use them for everything and wish I had more of them after buying 3 dozen. I use them as washable wipes, burp cloths, spit-ups in general, and spills. They're thin enough to get into all the folds on my son's chubby butt and legs. If they have a fault I think it must be that my washer occasionally eats one. I wouldn't want anything thicker than these and I never have had to touch any poop. They're a really good size, I only ever use one. I use my own wipe solution obviously and don't have problems with them "repelling" water. I think people must mean how it doesn't absorb like a paper towel? It absorbs in a smaller concentrated area and doesn't spread through-out the entire wipe, which I like. Maybe some people want to really saturate their wipes but I wouldn't want liquid poop or pee to soak through to my hands too easily. As for fraying, nothing stays perfect after a wash, and really considering they're for wiping away poop I don't see what the big deal is. It's hardly even an issue. In terms of softness, they're as soft as they can get without feeling like Charmen Ultra. I am confident they're not to rough on his skin. Rating:  [4 of 5 Stars!]

Cotton Babies Verified Purchase I use these wipes with the wipe warmer and the Diaper Lotion Potion. I find them very absorbent, and I typically only need one wipe per diaper change. I soak mine in the wipe solution, wring them out, then fold them into the warmer. They're soft and pop up nicely out of the warmer if you fold them correctly. My only complaint is I too have some fraying around the edges of some wipes, but nothing that interferes with functionality. These balled up after the first wash, but I haven't had that problem since. Overall these are great. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

Cotton Babies Verified Purchase I bought these wipes about 6 months ago and I love them! I actually got on here to buy more. Yes, it is annoying to have the tag, but it took me all of 4 minutes to cut them off of 2 dozen wipes. Not a big deal. They are absorbent and soft. I make my own wipes solution and just use an old disposable wipes container. They fit in there no problem. They wash up well and I haven't had problems with them staining. Cotton Babies Verified Purchase I just got these wipes 4 weeks ago. I really llike them! Whenever I use disposable wipes I am so glad I have these cloth ones. I use the warmer and soak the wipes in a solution with the diaper lotion potion. Its so easy and it smells so good! I really enjoy using them. I cut the tags off of mine. Kind of annoying to have tags in the first place, but not a big deal. I like that they are thin. They get in all the creases well. They wash nice too and are SO soft. Overall, I am really happy. I just received them yesterday, washed them once, folded them and put them in my wipes warmer with some wipe solution. they did not repel water at all, they were infact very absorbant and they cleaned my baby so well. Cotton Babies Verified Purchase I absolutely love these things! They've very soft and absorbent and just the right thickness. Thin enough to get in all those tough places, but thick enough that they don't feel flimsy. For people that complain about the tags, anything intended for children 12 and under has to be tagged. Cotton Babies Verified Purchase Have had mine for a couple of weeks now and I have to say that these are my (and my son's) favorite wipes. They're supersoft, they clean better than my disposable wipes do, and they wash up really well. I haven't had ANY problems with them at all. We usually just wet them down with warm water and wash up. Cotton Babies Verified Purchase I love these wipes. I decided to give them a try about 2 months ago and I have not regretted it! They are soft, very durable and always come out of the wash clean. I make my own solution with 1C water, 1Tbsp baby wash, 1Tbsp baby oil and a few drops of lavender oil and they have worked wonderfully. Cotton Babies Verified Purchase I really like these! These are better than the older version. I have the older version and I think they're not quite soft enough. These are perfect though. They're really soft and wash up great. My complaint is the stupid tag! The older ones didn't come with tags on them but these did. They're horrible! I had to cut them all off. Who puts tags on wipes?
