I liked the trays so well I just ordered another set. I have only used them for freezing baby food. I know it would be cheaper to just use regular ice cube trays, but for me the lids are a must. Having 2 sets of these will make the food making/freezing process much quicker.

I've been using these for storing breastmilk once my 5oz containers were all full, they're very useful for adding more milk to a bottle that's not quite 5 oz, or to warm up just an oz or two if baby is alittle more hungry at a feeding, and you can store as much as you want, since you freeze them in the tray, then I put the cubes in a freezer ziplock bag, they stay fresh and don't stick together. The one thing I'd recommend is to follow the instructions in sizing the lid to make it tight fitting. Also, the cubes arn't 1 oz, I find they're usually just over 1/2 oz

These trays worked well with freezing pre-made baby food. The lids did seem loose and not very tight fitting. After being washed in the dishwasher a few times the lids are fitting more snug. As a breastfeeding mother of five months, I find that these trays would only work well for topping off bottles and not really useful for large quantities of milk storage. Would recommend for freezing baby food!!!

I hate to give any products from Cotton Babies a bad review because I've been happy with so many of their items, but this product is not nearly what they claim. It is a good concept and I was excited at the prospect of not wasting breast milk and being able to quickly defrost a bottle, but that was not the case. First of all, the servings are not 1oz each, it's more like a half ounce. And because you can only fit so many cubes into a baby bottle, you have to warm just a few at a time and it takes forever to get a full bottle of milk warmed. Also, the lids do NOT fit tight at all. I have to gently sit the trays in the freezer to avoid spills until everything freezes. Overall, this was a very disappointing purchase.

These are really quality trays. I have frozen breastmilk and pre-made purees in them and they work really well. The covers fit on nice and tight, they are dishwasher safe and really thick, nice plastic. A+
