Every so often I see the hint of a red rash beginning, so along with getting more air on her bum, I put this doubler right up against her at the next diaper change. Reviewed by Alexis on Saturday 22 May, 2010 I love these doublers. I am new to cloth diapering and am using indian prefolds with a diaper cover(thirsties and super whispers) for my 11 month old son. I wasn't sure how cloth diapering was going to go at night so that's why I ordered two of these doublers to try. It was his first time in cloth last night and I just layed 2 of these doublers inside the prefold. They worked soooo great. He slept until his normal wake up time (11 hours) and his little behind and everything was completely dry! It only felt like the prefold was wet. He's never been that dry and comfortable in the morning! I love how thin, but very absorbant these are!! I am going to be buying some more to use during nap time and for when we go out of the house :) I love cloth diapering and these inserts make me feel even better about it. Don't be scared to cloth diaper! It is so amazing and easy. Just be sure to use a great soap. I use Charlie's. You will really like these doublers. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

They are nice and long, but not bulky. We fold them to fit into his diaper and the extra adds and extra layer where it counts most. These are super fantastic!!!! Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

After several washing they shortened up a little making them great for newborns if I fold down one end. They are super absorbant and very thin. Soft on my baby's skin too. No stains so far either. Now that my dd is almost 3 months I can use the sz. large unfolded and it fit fine in a prefold. I love the hemp/cotton blend and think it will hold up a long time. I love these! Reviewed by Kelley on Monday 21 September, 2009 These are great! I prefer the large size, because it is longer and skinnier, so I fold it in half lengthwise for the "wet zone". Note that hemp has to be washed several times before it becomes absorbent. I bet the person who wrote the bad review didn't wash them enough to remove the natural oils and that's why she was unhappy. We use Ecobaby Organics diapers with wool covers and added these at night when our little one started wetting through - just one at night made all the difference! He makes it through the entire night without any leakage and he is 1 yr old now. I think the fabric feels less "wet" on his skin as well. Highly recommended! Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

We use bumGenius AIO 2.0 (the sized ones - not the one-size pockets) and adding one of these to the diaper gives outstanding absorbency. Add two of these, and he gets through the night with no trouble. These wash well, are very soft against the skin, and are highly absorbent. A good value for the money. View all 18 reviews |
