Once we started solids, our old detergent wasn't working for us any longer. We came across LuLus and have liked it from the start. It is odorless, the detergent has no scent and leaves no scent. We have moderately hard water and love that LuLus has one formula for all types of water. We have had no problems with buildup since starting this detergent either. My only complaint would be that this detergent requires you use more per load than other brands out there, so it won't last as long as the others. All the same, it works and isn't outrageously priced (and THANK YOU cottonbabies for having free shipping!) - we will continue to use this detergent through our cloth diapering journey.

I didnt care for this, I had been using bum Genius detergant and switch to this because it was slightly cheaper. I have cloth diapered 3 babies so far and have never had a problem with leaking and diapers becoming waterproofed. Ever since i washed them with this detergant my cloth diapers leaked and have stopped absorbing. I would not recommand these for cloth diapers even though it says they are ok for them. I ended up using the rest for my regular clothes were it did a fine job getting them clean.

Since starting solids, I have bounced from one detergent to the next trying to find something that can get my diapers clean the FIRST time I wash them. I spray every single diaper, store in a wet-bag lined pail, and wash every other day in my HE machine. Some detergents worked if I washed my diapers three separate times. Some gave my son a rash. Some didn't work at all. Then came Lulu's. It works the first time. My diapers don't leave me wondering "is that smelly? or am I just paranoid?" when they're done. The tiniest little bit gets the worst stink out, and what's more, my son hasn't had a hint of rash since we started using this! This detergent has made my cloth diapering life so much easier!
