I bought these teabags because I have been keeping horrible heart this whole pregnancy. My Dr wanted to put my on medicine because it was starting to affect my breathing and I refused because I did not want any unnecessary medicine entering my baby's system so I ordered these & let me tell you they are amazing!! They also taste great (I suggest putting sugar in yours if you like your tea sweet) I definitely think everyone who has bad heartburn should try this!!
