Cloth Diaper 101
a comprehensive resource
about cloth diapers!
Description
Flushable liners can be used between the diaper and the baby's skin, letting moisture pass through to the diaper while preventing solids to soak into the diaper, which will take the mess out of washing your cloth diapers. Just flush away the mess, and spend more time with your baby instead of dunking diapers. These bio-degradable flushable liners are an all natural paper product; they are unbleached and biodegradable.
  • Flushable
  • Keeps baby drier
  • Makes diaper cleaning easy
  • Oxygen bleached (no chlorine)
Baby Size (S/M): 7.6 in. X 10.9 in. (200 sheets)
Toddler Size (M/L): 7.7 in. X 15.5 in. (2 packages of 100 sheets)

I bought these so that I could use diaper rash ointment on my baby and keep it off of the diaper. These did not stay in place at all and now I have the ointment on the diaper. A complete waste of my money.

My daughter will be 2 in July, and we've been using these liners since she was 6 months old. We never had any issues with diaper rash or irritation, although they do feel a little rough at first. I love that they can be washed & reused (if only pee) and they do get softer after a washing. And they make cleaning poop diapers so much easier!

Horrible! I hate these. I actually ordered these almost 2 years ago. They are so rough. If you end up washing these with your dipes they do get a bit softer and you can reuse them, but I don't reccomend it. I did with my son and he started getting a horrible rash that cleared up with 2 diaper changes not using them. So I tried only using them when I knew he was going to poop so I didn't waste my money and it just didn't work out. They're also pretty big so I tried cutting them down a bit, didn't make much of a difference.

I liked these for the size and the claim that you can wash and reuse but they are very scratchy and gave my little one a rash. He does not normally have sensitive skin so even though others mentioned the rash I thought we would be ok. Wish I wouldn't have wasted the money on these.

Used these liners with my econobums and flip cd's and they did not stay in place. I also noticed they were giving my 2 month old a rash, even with very frequent changing. I am no longer using them, but will need to find a softer liner for when he starts eating solids.

I used these for CD'ing while our son had a rash...it didn't catch his runny poo (he's 2 months) and it didn't protect the diaper from his cream either..this is probably for the bigger and more solid poo.

I thought these liners were alright at first, then I noticed that my baby started having a rash. Within a couple of days it was a wide open sore. The liners did their job though. I wish my DS's bum wasn't as sensitive. The liners also are very starchy and scratchy.

Far too scratchy for my little one's bum. Though they would do the job, I wouldn't want to wear them all day, so I didn't want to put them on my little girl.

These are wonderful! They make changing a messy diaper so easy. Also, i found that you can wash them with your diapers (only the ones that were wet and ot poopy) and reuse them. When you wash them they work just as well and are much softer that way. I love these.

I love these liners, they make life at our home much easier. They almost always catch all the poop. We haven't had any problem with rashes with their use. Definietly recommend using them.

I've used these liners and the Bummis liners and I like these MUCH better. True, they aren't quite as soft, but they are bigger and they don't slide around as much so we've been able to catch a lot more poop with these. Plus it really does work to wash and reuse. I love them! If you're having problems with diaper rash try putting a little cornstarch on baby's bum overnight. Also, including a little baking soda in the bathwater really helps.

I am so glad I discovered these! My child's poo is pretty sticky sometimes, so these save me a LOT of trouble. If the poo isn't completely solid, liquids leak through and CAN still stain the diaper, but at least you don't have to scrape/dunk/spray the diapers!! These liners are what sealed the deal that our new daycare provider would use our cloth diapers, since they make it sooo easy to clean up. We use these every day, and the ONLY time my child has had a diaper rash was when he didn't get changed enough at a previous daycare! They are not made of very soft material, but I haven't heard any complaints :) If you have issues with irritation (I don't have _any_clue_ why diaper rash would occur with these!), you should try the Bummis Bio-Soft Liners, which are definitely softer (but are not able to be washed). I love the fact that I can save money and waste less by washing the ones that were not pooed on. As long as you don't stick a finger through, they will catch poo after a few washings. Because they can be washed and hold together and that we have a septic system, I do not flush the liners. Love them!

If you are having rash trouble with the liners you need to change your child more often. My daughter is now 11 months old and I was able to solve the rash problem by checking her every two hours. If trying to remember to change your baby is a problem, I suggest you buy a baby clock. I bought an Itzbeen clock that you can set in half hour increments and up to 24 hours. I use bumGenius AIO's. If you change regularly, you will not have to use any rash cream. I am a mother of four ages 15 years to 11 months. I used cloth diapers on all of them. All liners that do not have solids are reused and washed with my diapers.

Liked the idea of just being able to flush the liner and solid waste down the toilet, but I was concerned about the liner against my daughter's skin. I was right to be concerned...she broke out and got all red. Needless to say we discontinued the use of this product. Good concept though.

I tried these when my daughter first started solids and was very hopeful. Unfortunately they gave her horrible diaper rashes. She would get better and I would start using them again and right away she would get a rash. On top of that, they would shift around in the diaper and sometimes the poo would end up on them and sometimes not. I've decided to just give up and spray/swish the diapers.

Love these liners. They are flushable and work incredibly with removing the poops from the diaper. Coincidentally they keep the diaper from staining as well. We used them after our baby was about 9 months old when the poops got out of control. As a newborn they were not needed. Also, sometimes if we just put the diaper on our little girl and then she poops immediately we will remove the liner with the poop and leave the dry diaper on her since the diaper is still dry and clean. :)

very helpful when disposing of the poo. they are not the softest material but we've had no complaints or rashes from this product. we do wash and reuse these if they have not been pooed on (they survive about two rounds of wash and dry before completely deteriorating.)

Liners are rough and gave my daughter a rash. Although they did act as a good barrier I would recommend a toilet sprayer to clean diapers over this product.

I tried the Bummis brand first and while they are softer off the roll that seems to make them funtion less optimally. ImseVimseare longer then I need but I just fold them down. They soften once wet, which we all know happens pretty quickly, and because they are sturdier you could wash and air dry the ones that were only wet which saves you a little more and probably halps them break down before being flushed. Also I toss wet only in the trash sometimes to cut down on how much go into our septic tank. A little nervous about that.... So far I really like these, especially since they are cheaper than the Bummis.
