Cotton Babies Verified PurchaseI LOVE this diaper pail! It is a nice bright white color, contrary to the ugly dingy off-white color in the picture. The carbon filter really works. I can't smell a thing and I don't lock the lid. I had the Kissaluvs liners which are fabulous, but they were a tight stretch to get it to fit and I knew that would quickly wear out the elastic so I purchased the Planet Wise liner and it fits perfectly. The BumGenius liner fits and makes locking the lid easier, but the liner is thin and sweats so bad there would be liquid pooled up under the bag in the pail - GROSS!!! Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

Cotton Babies Verified Purchase This pail is great! Because of my living situation, I have to keep the pail in my bedroom and it resides about 3 feet from my bed. There is absolutely NO ODOR. It contains all odors perfectly. FYI: The Kissaluvs Antibacterial Pail Liner fits this PERFECTLY!!! The Planetwise pail liner fits it well also. I HIGHLY recommend this pail. I went back and forth between whether I'd just get an ordinary pail/garbage can to use for diapers and I'm so glad I ultimately chose to buy this pail. You won't be sorry, it's worth every penny! Cotton Babies Verified Purchase A must have with cloth diapers! I fully believe that this pail has helped my cloth diapering experience be successful. It holds the smell in 100% as it should. I use just the carbon filters with it. I use the planet wise liners. It makes a bit of a tight fit with the lid, but nothing too serious. Love love this pail. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

I never even have to latch the lid & I love having it as the diapers now never leave a smell in my room. Excellent must have investment with cloth diapers (I didn't have the pail for the first month & my bathroom was smelly.) I'm very pleased I have it. Just wish it had a foot pedal for opening the lid. Cotton Babies Verified Purchase This is the cadillac of diaper pails! How many diaper pails have a filter (replaceable) and room for an odor disc (also replaceable). We keep this pail in the bathroom under the changing table and we have never had a problem with odor. We use the Bummis extra large bags in it. When it's time to do laundry, I just grab the bag out of the pail and dump all the contents into the washing machine, including the bag. I absolutely believe that a good diaper pail system is crucial to being successful with cloth diapers. A MUST! Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

I suggest purchasing the package deal which includes the XXL bag as well since I believe there's a savings in it. I also recommend buying an additional XXL bag since one will be in the wash with the diapers and you'll need another to use in the interim. Cotton Babies Verified Purchase Awesome Pail! It was smaller than I thought which was great news to me because it looks huge in the picture. It is white and has a seperate lid that clamps down tightly with the handles. I love that it has a deo disk holder and a carbon filter. This pail realllly works! I have it in my own bedroom because we share with the baby for now and I never smell a thing. I use a cloth diaper pail liner with it too. It is great and a good buy. I was nervous about getting it, but after struggling with my store bought little pail made for regular diapers and the SMELL!!!, I decided to take the plunge. I just got it today and it is very NICE. I have now 30 one sized diapers, and cloth wipes, and this is filled to capacity by the time we're ready to wash them, and there is no smell comign from it at all! The deo disk makes it smell good when you open it unless it needs to be changed.
