We never loved the way the closures fitted, but the leg closures are very snug, and overall, they were leak-free. But a few weeks ago, I noticed the inner liner around the leg elastics *on both covers* has broken open. Disappointing. Rating:  [4 of 5 Stars!]

We haven't had any leaks, but I'm not crazy about the fit on him at 12 lbs/8 weeks. We won't be buying them as he gets bigger. They are really oddly shaped on him and make it look like he's got diapers hanging to his knees. BUT, again, no leaks and really a great diaper cover in general. Rating:  [5 of 5 Stars!]
Reviewed by Jessica on Wednesday 02 June, 2010 These are the best diaper cover for a newborn. I bought 4. I used them with the Indian prefolds and a snappi. I tried laying them in the diaper cover without the snappi at first but that only lead to blowouts. A snappi is essential! She outgrew them in 6 weeks. Now she's in econobums but they did not fit her at first, so these covers were essential. Rating: [3 of 5 Stars!]

Our son just didn't fit into our thirsties covers right away and the little cut out for his umbilical stump on these was great. However, once our son was a couple weeks old we started having problems with him soaking through the cover onto his clothes. He is a very heavy wetter. We had this problem particularly when he was in his car seat (I think because of the straps pressing on his diaper). We thought it was just an issue we were going to have to accept, but them when we started using the thirsties covers (once he fit into them) we noticed we didn't have this issue. We stopped using these covers after that and purchased more thirsties covers instead. We have never even used the small sized covers we bought.
Summary: only cover our son could fit in when he was born, so glad we purchased them. However, love the Thirsties covers much better once he fit into them. Rating:  [2 of 5 Stars!]

We didn't have any major leaks or messes but we pretty much only got one use out of the cover before having to toss it in the wash because we'd get just enough mess around the legs that you couldn't just wipe them off. We also had a little trouble with the piece of fabric above the velcro constantly folding down in front leaving the edge of the velcro to rub on baby's skin. We ended up leaving these in the drawer and using our Thirsties covers. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

While I prefer Thirsties, these were great in those first few weeks when my daughter was too small for them. There were never any leaks or blowouts. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

I LOVE these wraps and am planning on getting some more for the new little one due in June. They have such a great fit, and they dry very quickly. They are a great fit for my long and lean baby boy, but the tabs are awful. They don't overlap like most others we tried and when they first switch to a new size they are way too big and leak every time with BM poo. Plus the top doesn't have any elastic so when he pooed in his swing or car seat it went straight out the back and all over his clothes!! Would not recommend, but the thirsties were our fav by far and that's all we use now!! Rating: [2 of 5 Stars!]

The small I bought has never fit and I've tried it several times over the last five months. I recently tried again, but we had leaks immediately because the legs just don't get snug enough. It's a great price, but I'll stick with my Thirsties. Rating: [4 of 5 Stars!]

We were given some of the Thirsties X-Small to get started with, but we found the Thirsties to be a little big in the beginning. Glad we had the prorap during those early days. Reviewed by Sunni on Sunday 08 November, 2009 This cover is definitely the most economical on the market and I didn't find it to be any worse (or better) than the thirsties duowraps. It works great and the newborn size has an umbilical scoop. It was perfect with a newborn prefold.
The downside of these covers is no laundry tabs, so I just put the sides back on and turned it inside out. It washed fine. It is also produced in China. Some people may not like that. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]
Reviewed by john on Saturday 31 October, 2009 great basic cover--great price! we loved these as our newborn size covers, since babies grow out of that size so fast, the gussets worked perfectly to contain "blowouts". We had some issues with these covers turning very dingy in the wash, but I was able to use some oxyclean free (not sure if this is recommended, but I did it anyway), to get them back to the nice white color. A very practical cover for basic diapering needs. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

Our little 6#6oz nugget was swimming in the small. Newbie size fits perfectly over the infant sized Chinese prefolds and her tiny little butt and slim legs. Only small leak we had was my fault, of course-I didn't tuck the dipe in all the way; even then, it wasn't a 'blowout'. She seems to be a powerful pooper and a moderately heavy wetter and we haven't had any trouble so far. Even though she is so trim, we don't have issues with the velcro wanting to overlap. However, I like how the velco fasteners on the Thirsties can overlap whereas with this brand they do not. Make there fit a little more limited. But over all they work just as well as the Thirsties! Reviewed by Holly on Friday 19 June, 2009 I love these covers! A friend gave me hers to use and see if I liked them. They never leak if put on properly. They only leaked when my husband didn't tuck in the cloth diaper around the leg area. The elastic on the legs holds in the cloth to prevent leaking. My daughter is 8 lbs. and we have no problems and they're quick and easy to put on. I'm buying my own supply now. The bummis brand doesn't cover the cloth as well as these, I have more leaking problems with this brand. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]
Reviewed by Amanda on Monday 18 May, 2009 These wraps are great! I have used them since my son was born 15 months ago... we are on our 3rd size, and they do hold up well. We have been using the current size for at least 9 months and they are still as good as new. The velcro is still like new and the fabric is too. I use the prefolds folded in 3rds like a giant maxi pad and lay it in the middle... no snappie or anything else, the cover holds it in place. Don't be afraid to buy these covers because they are 'cheaper' than the rest... these are fantastic covers that stand up to use and frequent washing. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]
