We used these from birth (aprx 7.5 lbs) till DD was about 17 lbs. and all we needed were size small! Also they were all we used at night. After she grew out of them we went to one size fitteds but I def. plan on doing the same routine with our next little one! Rating:  [4 of 5 Stars!]

My scrawny 16 pound 8 month old barely fits in the mediums i just bought and hes not going to get very much use out of them. Rating:  [2 of 5 Stars!]
Reviewed by Kelli on Friday 15 January, 2010 The fit is great but they are not very absorbent. One pee and my 5 month old soaks completely through them. I don't see how anyone could use them for night time without upsizing and adding multiple soakers. They also run very small. Overall I think they are fine for daytime use for non-heavy wetters and young babies. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

Reviewed by rebecca on Friday 08 January, 2010 These are fantastic! My husband just changed his first cloth diaper and it was this and a Bummis Super Whisper Wrap. I also use with a Flip One-Size cover which I love together. I can't comment on how much pee they hold because my son is only 1 1/2 mos corrected age (actually 5 mos old but born 3 1/2 mos early) so he is still a little guy and getting changed very frequently. He is in a small right now and will be for a while but I really hope I can atleast get some mediums for later while they are still available. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

I find them easier to use than the bum genius 3.0, as I hate stuffing pockets and I don't find it that difficult to put a cover on. I do wish that the diaper measurements were listed rather than a weight range since that is so variable from child to child! My daughter wears the smalls perfectly and she is 21 months old and 19lbs! She is very petite and it's wonderful to find a diaper that is so easy to use and provides adequate absorbency in such a trim fit! I sold off most of my other fitteds (including very high-end expensive ones!) in favor of these! Rating: [4 of 5 Stars!]

When I first got them, they looked like they would be too big at the moment, but I washed them up numerous times to make sure they were ready to wear and they shrunk down to a smaller diaper. I realized that she should wear them before she was supposed to fit into them (mediums). By the time she got up to the minumum weight of 15 pounds, she was almost grown out of them. I really wanted her to fit into them until she was 22 pounds. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

Besides being extremely soft (I almost wish they came in my size), the fit is unbelievably trim. My biggest pet peeve about other fitted diapers is the &$*% ruffles around the legs...it takes me forever to get a proper fit when I'm using a cover (which is pretty much always), which is irritating, especially when my babies are wiggly. That isn't the case with these; there are no ruffles to tuck in. You can just slap on the cover and go. They're awesome. I use these at night along with a hemp doubler or two; both my girls are fairly heavy wetters, but we haven't had a single leak yet with these diapers. Rating:  [3 of 5 Stars!]

Well, every time I put one on him he urinates immediately and I have to change him. He doesn't like the wet feel. So they are a little pointless unless you use a stay dry liner, which then the lovely bamboo doesn't touch them. For a few bucks more the pocket diapers work much better for us. I do love the way these feel, but not for newborns who go constantly. Probably work well for older babies who are about to potty train. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]
Reviewed by Georgia on Monday 09 November, 2009 My daughter is almost 6 weeks old and we've been using these diapers since her umbilical cord fell off at 1 week. We were a bit disappointed because we purchase the XS since they were advertised to fit under her cord, which they did not. She was a normal sized baby at 7lb 2oz. The XS are very small, and we will be switching to S this week, and she's only 8.5lbs now! I'm a bit annoyed that they run so small since one part of cloth diapering for our family was to save money, and we aren't even covering the cost of the diapers since she couldn't fit in them for very long.
As far as the diapers go though, they are awesome! Very soft, very absorbent, and we haven't had a single blowout. I would highly recommend them, just don't bother with the XS size. If I could go back in time I would just buy disposables until she fit into the size S diapers. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

They fit nicely on my 12.5 lb baby, and I expect they will fit well for a while (not sure what weight will be the cutoff for us, but I fasten the velcro about halfway from the center on each side), but not the 22 advertised unless your baby is very narrow (my baby is no rolypoly, either). They are very absorbent and I have not had one blowout since using them, even the one morning when she'd had one on all night and had a bowel movement before I could get her changed. The diaper was quite wet, but there were no leaks at all. I am very pleased with my purchase, and would recommend these with the advice to purchase a size up if your baby is in the middle or high end of the advertised weight range. Rating: [4 of 5 Stars!]

I have to change these more often than the unbleached Indian prefolds. They also take a little more time to dry than the prefolds. All poops come out nicely and they do not retain odor. After many washes, the velcro looks very nice. The size large fits perfectly now at about 24 lbs. Not sure if it will fit well at 30 lbs. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

I will let u know how they perform.... My only concern is the size. I ordered XS and based on the other reviews I probably should have sized up! Wish I had got S instead. Our XS size was designed to fit under your newborn's umbilicus to keep the entire umbilical area free of moisture and dampness. Gentle elastic at the waist and legs does a fantastic job of containing messes. The disposable-like hook & loop closures even fasten on top of each other to accomodate even the tiniest of babies.
