I really do love this tankini. My daughter has the small-medium, and has worn it from the time she was nine weeks old (about 12 pounds). She is now14 months old (22 pounds) and it still fits very nicely. It seems to be made of high quality material and is very cute. It has a decent amount of coverage, reducing the amount of sunscreen to apply. The only thing I don't love about it is that in the wash, some of the pink dye ran onto the white edges.

I bought this with the matching swim diaper for my daughter in the toddler size. I absolutly love that she can have a full coverage swim suit and still be able to potty train. Totally cute while still being functional. I bought the blue swim diaper for her twin brother and was just bummed that they didn't make a matching rash guard for him, he has such fair skin, it would be nice if they made tops for the boys as well.

I purchased the Imse Vimse Tankini 5 months ago when my daughter started swim lessons at 5 months old. I love it! I purchased it after buying her swim diaper because it was not available at the time. It matches her swim diaper perfectly and has held up to quite a bit of pool time. My own suits have deteriorated from the pool chemicals, but Maela's is in great shape and has not even faded! I am now going to purchase the next size up. We have gotten a ton of compliments on how cute her suit is. I am especially happy not having to purchase disposable swim diapers that would just end up in a land fill for hundreds of years.
