Our retail store is located in St. Louis, Missouri at 9916 Kennerly Road. You'll find us in South St. Louis County at the intersection of Tesson Ferry Road and Kennerly Road. The retail store is across the street from St. Anthony's Hospital beside St. Louis Bread Company and behind Walgreens.
Directions:
- Take 270 South to Tesson Ferry Road.
- Turn West onto Tesson Ferry Road.
- Look for Walgreens - turn left at Kennerly Road.
- You'll see Cotton Babies almost immediately. Turn right into the shopping center.

Cloth Diapering 101 - Thursday Evening (6pm)
This class is offered twice each month, on the second and fourth Thursday.
Come learn about all the new diapering systems and get the tools you'll need to determine the best system for your family. Bring your questions... it is our job to have the answers. You may bring your baby. Pre-registration is required.
Baby Wearing 101: Tuesday Evening(6pm)
This class is offered the second Tuesday of every month from 6:00-7:30 pm.
Introduction & Demonstration to the many styles of baby carriers.You may bring your baby. Pre-registration is required.
Birthing Alternatives: Wednesday Evening(6pm)
This class is offered one Wednesday a month. Check each month for date.
Taught by an experienced birthing professional. Come learn what birthing options you have here in St. Louis, and how to achieve the birth experience you want.You may bring your baby. Pre-registration is required.
La Lache League: Saturday (10am)
This class is offered on the second Saturday of each month Attention this class has moved to a new location. The address to the new location is 13303 Tesson Ferry Rd.

Come to learn simple signs you can incorporate into your everyday lives to help ease and enhance communication with your little ones. Even six month old babies (sometime younger) can begin communicating their needs through gross motor skills used with signing! Taught by Amanda Bethmann, nationally certified sign language interpreter and mother of a fun 2 year old (who had a vocabulary of 50+ signs).
